Our services
We provide assistance on the ground with set up, scheduling, logistics, budgeting, and coordinating productions of all sizes.
If you are interested in setting up a scouting trip, we can price an affordable budget with a private driver and knowledgeable English-speaking guide for the duration of the scout. We can also provide a photographer/drone pilot, on request.
Utilizing Elite Travel Group’s extensive network and resources, we can provide flights, accommodation for VIPs and crew, airport transfers, ground transport, and personal drivers. We will also arrange transport for all equipment, sets, craft services, etc.
Our database of qualified professionals will support your production with the local crew, PAs, and translators if needed. We also support education and training programs to help build local human capacity for larger productions.
We work with local casting companies to provide talent to round out any cast. We can also book, schedule, and manage your extras.
Although many young people in Albania speak English, Italian, or German, all our extras will be supervised on set by a bilingual member of staff, who will be able to translate instructions into Albanian for you on-site. Daily rates in Albania are relatively affordable, compared to the rest of Europe.

Albania and much of the West Balkans are very flexible about obtaining permission to film in most cases, but in sensitive areas where permits are needed, we can assist with the paperwork and translations to help navigate the sometimes complex legal processes on the ground. We also negotiate with local owners to ensure access to film on private property.
Whether you are bringing most of your own gear, or need to rent in-country, we can assist with clearing customs and renting professional equipment. Please reach out if you have questions about what is available locally.
We can provide healthy, local meals for large or small groups in even the most remote locations. Whether you need international cuisine or want traditional dishes, we can secure the right caterer for your budget. Vegetarian options are available. Working with various suppliers, we can set up craft services in any location.
Many ingredients are produced locally, including fruits, vegetables, olives, cheeses, and meats. Italian and Greek-influenced menus are in easy supply, as well as for Albanian food, which includes unique regional dishes. Banking in the Balkans can be challenging. If you need to set up a local account, or just want advice about taxes and incentives.
Opening a bank account is relatively easy in Albania for residents but can be difficult for foreigners. If needed, our accounting team can open a separate account for in-country expenses, handle all local payments, chase and manage receipts and documentation, and generate reports.
Albania is a country of natural wonders, with many diverse landscapes and settings, that have up to now been underutilized. Production costs are exceptionally low, although sometimes offset by the cost to import specialized equipment, as our filming infrastructure is still in development. The people are friendly and welcoming, and many speak English, Italian, or German.
