About Us
EPS is a new partnership between Terena Cardwell, an experienced live event and television professional, and Elite Travel Group, which has over two decades of experience organizing travel, accommodation, amenities, and logistics in Albania for groups of all sizes.
About us
Ms. Cardwell spent seven seasons as a travel manager on the globally-produced, Emmy-winning series, “The Amazing Race,” and several years providing production travel services as Operations Manager for Mediacom 24-7’s Pinewood Atlanta office. She has also been production coordinator and script editor for the CinemaCon Awards since their inception and has booked travel and accommodation for major international tours and festivals.
She began her professional career as a Company Manager for touring theatre productions, including global tours of Sesame Street Live! and The Magic of David Copperfield. When the pandemic brought entertainment travel in North America and most of the world to a standstill, she took a leap of faith, and moved to Albania, where she has been engaged with Elite Travel Group for over a year, working on special projects related to tourism development, sustainability, and accessibility.
Elite Travel was founded over 20 years ago by brothers Doret and Elvis Kotherja. Originally established as a travel agency, Elite Trave Group currently includes a branded Lufthansa City Center travel agency, as well as inbound and outbound agencies, a tour operator, a DMC, and a training center, with partners throughout Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, and suppliers in every corner of Albania and the Western Balkans.
They own their own busses, have experience handling high-touch VIP clients, and are well equipped to provide travel, accommodation, and logistical support throughout the region. Elite Travel Group is the first tour operator in Albania pursuing Travelife Certification for sustainability, and the first to engage an accessibility advisory committee to help make the company, its products, and suppliers, more accessible to everyone.
